1. Shipping Cost
We believe in transparent pricing. We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden fees, no order minimums, and no extra taxes added at checkout.
2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
- Order Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders are verified, tailored, and packed during this window.
- Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Shipping time is estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 16 Business Days.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via major postal carrier networks.
4. Delivery Currency and Zone
All prices and shipping fees are calculated and displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Currently, we only fulfill and deliver orders within the United States.
5. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if you do not receive your order within the specified transit time frame, please contact us immediately at care@modut.shop or call us at 61485986537. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
6. Address Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once the package is in transit. If you need to modify your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
