Refund Policy

At Modut, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind our products with a straightforward and risk-free return and refund procedure.


1. 30-Day Free Returns

We offer a 30-Day Free Return Window. You have exactly 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Best of all, return shipping is  free—we do not charge restocking fees or return handling fees.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at care@modut.shop with your order number and product photos.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Print the prepaid label and attach it securely to your return package, then drop it off at the designated carrier location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Wrong Products, and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

5. Refund Processing Window

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We promise to process your refund within 10 business days from the date we receive your returned item.
